A simple go-between for stressed homeowners

About Poundsneutral Plumbing and How Referrals Work

A Referral Service, Plainly Said

Poundsneutral Plumbing helps homeowners reach independent plumbing, drain and sewer providers. That is the whole job. Poundsneutral Plumbing is a go-between. It does not send its own workers, and it does not do repairs. The providers in our network do the work.

Why This Site Exists

When a pipe bursts or a drain backs up, most people feel rushed and unsure. You may not know who to trust. You may not know what a fair next step looks like.

Poundsneutral Plumbing was built to make that first step simple. It also pays close attention to older houses. Old pipes, new questions. A craftsman home with past repairs can hide clay, cast iron or patched lines. Those jobs call for a provider who looks first and explains second.

How Matching Works

You reach out by phone or send a request. Share the problem, your town and whether water is still running. Then your request goes to a provider in our network who serves Seattle and nearby areas.

Availability differs from one provider to the next. Many providers can respond quickly, but each one sets its own schedule. Request a callback to check provider availability.

What We Ask of Providers

Providers in the network are independent businesses. They are asked to:

  • Explain the problem in simple words
  • Give a written quote before starting work
  • Hold the licenses and insurance your state requires
  • Treat your home with care

You should still ask each provider to confirm these things. That is part of choosing well.

What Poundsneutral Plumbing Does Not Do

Clear lines help everyone. Poundsneutral Plumbing does not:

  • Do the plumbing, drain or sewer work
  • Set prices or control quotes
  • Promise arrival times
  • Decide which repair you need
  • Speak for your insurance company

Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your own policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How the Service Is Paid For

Providers may pay a referral fee when a request is passed to them. You pay the provider directly for any work you choose. You are never required to hire the provider you speak with.

Compare, Then Decide

A quote is a starting point, not a deadline. If you can, ask more than one provider what they would do and why. Costs vary by job, so ask for the price in writing. Take the time you need.
