Poundsneutral Plumbing is a referral service. It connects homeowners who have a plumbing problem with independent local providers. If you run your own plumbing, drain clearing or sewer repair business, you may want to receive those requests.

This is not a job offer. You stay independent. You set your prices, run your schedule and keep your own customers.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who treat homeowners the way they would want their own family treated. That includes:

• Emergency plumbing contractors
• Drain cleaning and hydro-jetting specialists
• Sewer line repair and camera inspection providers
• Contractors with real experience in older homes, including crawl spaces, clay pipe and cast iron

Many homes in the Seattle area are wood-frame or craftsman style, so local knowledge helps.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often worried when they reach out. We expect providers to be steady and clear. In practice, that means:

• Holding the licenses, bonding and insurance your state requires
• Giving written quotes before work begins
• Explaining findings in plain words, with no pressure
• Being honest about when you can arrive, without overpromising
• Treating a second opinion as a normal request

Providers are responsible for their own work, pricing and any agreements with the homeowner.

How the Network Works

Homeowners phone in or send a request. The request is passed to a provider in the network who serves their area. Providers may pay a referral fee for connected requests. You decide whether to take a job and how to price it.
