How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Poundsneutral Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Poundsneutral Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to bring it up with the plumber directly and keep notes in writing.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Poundsneutral Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make choices for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@poundsneutral.blog and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help too.
